In order to get the full benefit of your Jivana experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to fill out a spa intake form and enjoy a beverage. Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times, so that the next client will be able to begin their treatment as scheduled.


Cancellations and Changes

We will ask for a credit card when booking an appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation for single appointment.
  • A minimum of 48 hour for multiple appointments, and those with 2 or more people.
  • Cancellations not meeting this criteria are subject to a charge of 50% of reserved services.
  • No shows will be charged 100% of reserved services.

Peace & Tranquility

For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off while visiting Jivana Holistic Spa. They can, however, be used in the hallway before coming into the spa.


Payment Options

Jivana is pleased to accept cash, local personal checks, travelers' checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.


Personal Belongings

We recommend against bringing jewelry and valuables to the spa, if possible, and we cannot be held responsible for the loss of such items.
